You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can undo it before then. Your remaining paid credits stay usable until the period ends. A successful refund ends the subscription immediately.
Each successful payment can be refunded once within 14 days of that payment. The refund amount equals the amount paid minus the value of the credits consumed under that payment (at $0.01 per credit for the monthly plan, or $0.005 per credit for the yearly plan), rounded down to the cent, with a minimum of $0 and a maximum of the amount paid. A successful refund ends the subscription and voids the remaining paid credits; a failed refund changes nothing.
The free model is available to everyone without signup and outputs up to 720px. When you sign in, you receive free credits each day and can use the HD model at 1K. The subscription does not lock the HD model behind a paywall: it adds more monthly volume (2000 credits per cycle) on top of the daily free credits.
For subscribers, each credit cycle starts on the day the subscription became effective and renews every full calendar month (UTC). At the start of each cycle, the remaining paid balance is reset to zero and 2000 new credits are granted; if the renewal day does not exist in a month, the last day of that month is used. Daily free credits are separate and unaffected.
Yes. Cancel your current plan first; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Once the current subscription has fully ended, you can start the other plan. You can hold only one active subscription at a time.
