Welcome to Turner AI. By accessing or using our AI photo editing service at turner.art ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Turner AI provides AI-powered photo editing and related tools. The Service is designed to help users edit existing images with simple text instructions, such as changing backgrounds, removing objects, adjusting lighting, changing colors, and making small text or detail edits.

Some features may be available without signing in, while other features may later require an account, subscription, credits, or payment. Turner AI may use in-house systems and third-party model providers to process image editing requests. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Turner AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any underlying model provider, image source, marketplace, or third-party brand.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Only upload images, prompts, and materials that you have the right to use.
• Not attempt to bypass limits, queues, human verification, security measures, or cost-control systems.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, infrastructure, or other users.
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Not upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates these Terms.

You remain responsible for the images, prompts, and materials you upload or submit to the Service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use downloaded edited results for personal or commercial projects, as long as you have the rights to the input image and your use does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach these Terms.

Turner AI does not guarantee that any edited result is free of third-party rights, trademark issues, publicity rights, copyright claims, or other legal restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing whether an edited result is appropriate for your intended use.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We follow a minimal data collection approach. Anonymous edits are not permanently stored, and files are processed only for editing. If account-related features are introduced later, we may retain the information needed for history, subscriptions, billing, support, security protections, and product functionality.

Turner AI may provide free basic editing access. Free use may be subject to queues, rate limits, human verification, file limits, output limits, abuse prevention, cost controls, and temporary availability limits.

We may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue any free or paid feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific processing times, specific model availability, or identical results across repeated edits.

You may not use the Service to create, edit, upload, or attempt to process:

• Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Sexual, nude, pornographic, or exploitative content, especially involving minors.
• Content intended to impersonate, defame, mislead, or harm others.
• Malware, spam, automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to overload the Service.
• We may block, remove, refuse to process, restrict, or delete content, jobs, downloads, sessions, or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, security, or abuse risks.

Turner AI currently focuses on the free MVP experience. If subscriptions, credits, or paid features are introduced later, applicable pricing, billing terms, and product entitlements will be shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in the relevant product flow.

If paid features are introduced later, refund and support rules will be described in the applicable checkout, pricing, or support flow. For general questions about these Terms, contact support@turner.art.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but the Service may be interrupted, delayed, queued, limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, security protections, high demand, technical failures, or other reasons.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-edited results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turner AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
