Terms of Service

Welcome to Turner AI. By accessing or using our AI photo editing service at turner.art ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Turner AI provides AI-powered photo editing and related tools. The Service is designed to help users edit existing images with simple text instructions, such as changing backgrounds, removing objects, adjusting lighting, changing colors, and making small text or detail edits.

Some features may be available without signing in, while other features may later require an account, subscription, credits, or payment. Image editing requests are processed by an adapted version of an open-source Qwen image model, which Turner AI has modified for the Service and runs on its own infrastructure. Before any edit request is processed, Turner AI automatically reviews each submitted prompt and source image using the OpenAI Moderation API. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Turner AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any underlying model provider, including the maintainers of the Qwen model family or OpenAI, or by any image source, marketplace, or third-party brand.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Only upload images, prompts, and materials that you have the right to use.
• Not attempt to bypass limits, queues, human verification, security measures, or cost-control systems.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, infrastructure, or other users.
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Not upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates these Terms.

You remain responsible for the images, prompts, and materials you upload or submit to the Service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use downloaded edited results for personal or commercial projects, as long as you have the rights to the input image and your use does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach these Terms.

Turner AI does not guarantee that any edited result is free of third-party rights, trademark issues, publicity rights, copyright claims, or other legal restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing whether an edited result is appropriate for your intended use.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We follow a minimal data collection approach. Anonymous edits are not permanently stored, and files are processed only for editing. If account-related features are introduced later, we may retain the information needed for history, subscriptions, billing, support, security protections, and product functionality.

Turner AI may provide free basic editing access. Free use may be subject to queues, rate limits, human verification, file limits, output limits, abuse prevention, cost controls, and temporary availability limits.

We may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue any free or paid feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific processing times, specific model availability, or identical results across repeated edits.

You may not use the Service to create, edit, upload, or attempt to process any of the following categories of content:

• Illegal content, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Sexual, nude, pornographic, or otherwise not-safe-for-work content, including any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance).
• Violent or gory content.
• Hate speech and discriminatory content, including content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
• Instructions or guidance for producing weapons of mass destruction.
• Deepfakes or other content impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations, including non-consensual sexual deepfakes.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, likeness rights, or privacy rights.
• Deceptive content, disinformation, rumors, defamation, or misleading material.
• Passing off AI-generated content as human-created work.
• Malware, spam, bulk fraudulent generation, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass the Service's safety mechanisms, including jailbreak prompts.

The Service offers a paid subscription plan, Turner Pro, in two billing options: Turner Pro Monthly at US$20 per month and Turner Pro Yearly at US$120 per year. Prices are in US dollars. Turner AI does not offer credit packs or other pay-as-you-go purchases alongside the subscription.

The subscription terms in this Section 8 and in Section 9 apply to a user only from the moment that user completes a purchase and the subscription becomes effective. Nothing in these Terms states that purchase entry is currently open; the pricing page shows when payment becomes available.

Each successful payment is separately eligible for one refund request within 14 days of that payment. A single payment may be refunded at most once, and multiple partial refunds of the same payment are not allowed.

Refund attribution is calculated per payment: for a monthly payment, only paid credits consumed within that payment's credit cycle are counted; for a yearly payment, the cumulative paid-credit consumption during the yearly fee's coverage period is counted. Consumption from one payment period is never offset against another payment's refund calculation.

The refund amount equals the amount paid for that payment, minus the attributed consumed credits valued at US$0.01 per credit for the monthly option or US$0.005 per credit for the yearly option. The refund amount is rounded down to the cent, with a minimum of US$0 and a maximum of the amount paid for that payment.

A subscription is terminated, and any remaining paid credits are voided, only when a refund is successfully processed. Submitting a refund request alone does not change the subscription or the credit balance. If a refund fails, the subscription, entitlements, and credit balances remain unchanged.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but the Service may be interrupted, delayed, queued, limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, security protections, high demand, technical failures, or other reasons.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-edited results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turner AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
